For the guys who helped construct this roster, is there anyone who can help with the team preview template below. We can also add more to it if we choose but this is the basic form he sent us. Even if you do a part of it, etc its going to be a big help for me to get it in quickly as needed.

Opening Statement: What was the general thought process you had when building your team. Think of style of play, ballpark, salary concerns, anything that you can mention that gives the "fan" a little insight into you building the team.

5 Keys to Winning:
If these 5 things happen, this team will contend for the title or to reverse it – if these things don’t happen the way you expect – you won’t be in the mix.
1. Continued Offense from the outfield. They’ve been terrific the past few seasons, but Jones is 32 and Gibson 31. They need to put off any signs of aging.
2. Starting Pitching. No question Prior is a stud and Blanton has been good. Duncombe needs to continue to improve and Bonderman has to show he isn’t just a great AAA pitcher. Thompson is filling in until Tommy Britton comes off the DL in May.
3. 1B Peter Walter – fluke or the real thing? His .897 OPS and 26 home runs were a surprise and enough to take the starting job from the aging Greg Colbrunn.
4. Rafael Betancourt lost his closer job last season by being pretty bad. After 41 saves in 2006, he got only 18 in 2007 and posted a 5.98 ERA. He’ll have to do better than that this season.
5. Austin Diablos need to lose more often.
