08/20/12 Boston (65-52, Road: 32-27) at Texas (80-36, Home: 41-17) Projected Pitchers: BOS: RHP R.Wells (6-14, 4.40 ERA) TEX: RHP C.Wang (11-6, 3.66 ERA)
The Boston Red Sox travel to the Sunbelt to face off against a team ESPN has never heard of; the Texas Rangers. The Rangers are quickly making a name for themselves as the best team in baseball, as the Sox continue to battle the growing pains associated with overhauling a roster midseason.
Chien-Ming Wang gets the call for the Rangers, and at 11-6 is looking like a worthwhile investment. His 5-year, $85M contract raised a few eyebrows around the league upon signing, but appears well justified through 2012. Wang is tied for the team's leader in wins, along with early Rookie of the Year candidate Tyler Matzek.
The Red Sox limp into Arlington, going a modest 5-5 in their past 10 games, and only 4 games ahead of the upstart Orioles. Randy Wells will get his fourth start in a Boston uniform, and has been a much better park since leaving the friendly confines for Fenway. His 1-0 record with the team is a bit surprising, considering that he's only given up 4 runs in over 22 innings as a Red Sock. Wells will look to improve his AL record, and keep the Orioles at bay, when he faces the Rangers potent offense on Monday.

I am all over this bad boy... In the real world this is a sucker bet where everyone jumps on the Rangers to crush the struggling BoSox, but here is the thing....
The Red Sox are winning this game 6-4 with Prince Fielder being the MVP of the game.
I am going a bit further, Wells is going 7 innings and then League followed by Bard close this one out.. Not only that, we are sweeping the series against Texas to get back on track.. MARK IT DOWN!!
Don't be a sucker, take the Red Sox!
