A conversation last off season was left unfinished. How should we managed assets purchased with the credit program if a GM moves to a new team?
Previously we have allowed purchased seats and stadiums to follow the GM. After some discussion that does not really seem to make sense. Why are these purchases different from Fan Interest, Cash, or Draft Picks?
Moving forward, I propose that we leave the seats in the stadium for the new GM to benefit from just like he would the other items. The stadium we can give the option of the incoming GM to keep or revert to team default.
Feedback and discussion is welcome.

This is an easy one. If you add seats to Team A those seats stay with Team A even when the GM moves to Team B. Part of the challenge of moving on to a new team is having to work with was left behind from the previous GM.

I agree that seats and custom stadiums should not move. I like the option a new GM would have to keep a custom stadium or revert to the team default.

Staying with the new GM makes sense to me

Stadiums/ dimensions don’t move with the GM that’s absurd. They can’t take their favorite players either

The ballpark should stay with the franchise. And a new to the league GM should acquire credits if they want to alter their new ballpark. The GM switching teams takes his credits of course and can use them in his new ballpark.

Custom seats and new stadiums should not move with a GM, they should stay in the city where they were implemented.

I think we're all pretty unanimous on this and it probably does not need a poll. It is not a change, just definition on an existing issue. I will update the governance to clarify this point.

Easy one. Seats and stadiums stay with the team, not the GM. No debate in my view.
