4. It's been a few years since i asked this, who is currently, your team's biggest rival?
Tossup between Pirates, Padres, and Giants. I dislike them all. If we play the Mets again in the playoffs, they could be added. I relish this thought, but until i can prove that we are better by beating you, it is too lop-sided to call it a rivalry. Good luck on your season, and of course, WS prediction.

Getting to this late. Early season outlook is pretty good right now with division teams struggling and a fast start. Losing RHP Ronald Holt for the season is disappointing, was hoping for him to emerge as the year went on of a rotation that could use an extra standout.
1. Do you consider this offseason a success? Or did you just tread water?
In general Success even though it is mostly treading water, and in fact losing a few useful players. The Rangers are a develop from within team and have a few players ready to step in to bigger roles, with a few more waiting to step in if necessary or when ready. Missed on most of the few free agents offered, but pretty happy to have landed veteran C Gregg Evans, who has had a pretty impressive career and started a ton of playoff games.
2. When is your team's window to win a title? Why?
The window is now and moving forward for a few years. Many of the Rangers' best players are still in their pre-arbitration years and there is ample payroll flexibility moving forward. The team should be able to compete in the division for a while. CF Albert Hernandez, OF Amghar Sumait, and SS Danny Martin are all standouts at young ages. They are among the core players with which the team will look to get over the hump.
3. Who is the one player in the league you would love to have, but you know you can't have?
Pierre Boucher Norris Barton Duane Hansen Chris Allen Carl Holmes Guilhem Ciaravella Enrique Vazquez Samuel Brousseau
4. It's been a few years since i asked this, who is currently, your team's biggest rival?
Texas has gone 1-2 in the playoffs vs Oakland the last three seasons, and they are the current benchmark in the American League. Minnesota has a scoundrel for a General Manager and knocked Texas out in 7 to reach the '44 World Series, and Chicago is GM'd by the front office's brother. Tampa is always a threat in the AL South as well, and were a very formidable foe in last year's division race and playoffs.
5. Which one rookie has the best chance to turn some heads for your team this year?
IF-OF Chad William may get a chance as the season goes on, as he can play any number of defensive spots and also hit for power. 6. Do you own OOTP19? What do you think?
Do not. Think it's about time to change that.
7. Who will play in this years World Series, and who will win?
Texas will oust Oakland, the Mets will get over the hump that is Dodgers and Pirates, and the Rangers will defeat them in a 7 game series.

1. Do you consider this offseason a success? Or did you just tread water? Not a success. But still managed to get the 2nd overall pick...
2. When is your team's window to win a title? Why? Not for another 2 year. Prospects still too young to contribute.
3. Who is the one player in the league you would love to have, but you know you can't? Trading Pierre Boucher still hurts...I don't want to talk about it...
4. It's been a few years since i asked this, who is currently, your team's biggest rival? I'm canadian...I don't have rivals
5. Which one rookie has the best chance to turn some heads for your team this year? SP Cesar Lopez (acquired in the Boucher trade). He will have the chance to start this season.
6. Do you own OOTP19? What do you think? Yes I do. Love the new 3d.
7. Who will play in this years World Series, and who will win? Mets vs Rangers. New-York in 6.
