Congratulations to Eric Blasco of the Colorado Rockies for winning the 2010 National League General Manager of the Year award. This award is given out strictly for what a baseball team has done on the field, not on the forums etc and even with those guidelines, Blasco was just a cut above everyone else in 2010. He used his ability to make shrewd deals that landed productive players to help capture 95 wins and the NL West crown. The Rockies were able to land Wandy Rodriguez, Matt Lindstrom, Derek Lowe, and Troy Glaus without moving any top pitching prospects along the way. Great job! Voting Results:Eric Blasco, Colorado (14) Chris Levant, Philadelphia (9) Adam Olson, Washington (7)

I also deserve points for trading for Alan Embree who rewarded me with an ERA of roughly 3,000 this postseason...If you're going to pitch someone bad, pitch someone spectacularly bad!
