Well... I guess I can take a stab at coordinating the Rule 5 this year. Here's our draft order.
1.Toronto - Tyler Mann, 1B (formerly of LA Angels) 2. Kansas City - PASS 3. Chicago (N) - Tyler Pastornicky, SS (formerly of Toronto) 4. San Diego - Charlie Blackmon, CF (formerly of Colorado) 5. New York (A) - PASS 6. Miami - PASS 7. Houston - PASS 8. Milwaukee - PASS 9. Cleveland - Ryan Barba, SS (formerly of Atlanta) 10. Detroit - PASS 11. Arizona - Daniel Santana, SS (formerly of Minnesota) 12. Oakland - PASS 13. Philadelphia - PASS 14. Pittsburgh - PASS 15. Chicago (A) - PASS 16. Minnesota - Helder Velasquez, 3B (formerly of Colorado) 17. Los Angeles (A) - PASS 18. Cincinnati - Jean Almanzar, SS (formerly of LA Angels) 19. New York (N) - Tyler Kolodny, 3B (formerly of Baltimore) 20. Seattle - PASS 21. Baltimore - PASS 22. Washington - PASS 23. Atlanta - PASS 24. St. Louis - PASS 25. San Francisco - PASS 26. Tampa Bay - PASS 27. Los Angeles - INACTIVE 28. Boston - PASS 29. Colorado - PASS 30. Texas - PASS
Please submit your Rule 5 draft lists to me in a timely fashion. I will send out reminders via PM as soon as you are "in the hole."
Remember to make sure your list is at least as long as the number of picks away you are to ensure you receive a player with that pick. If you do not wish to participate in this year's Rule 5, please send me a PM stating that you opt out.
Thanks, and let's get this bad boy rolling.

Toronto is on the clock, but since he's been idle we might just go ahead and skip him.
Waiting for the green light from the commish to do so.

Lets get this draft started. Toronto has confirmed to me via email that he is too busy traveling and needs to resign from the league. We have two potential owners lined up so that should be taken care of today. That being said, I do not want to tie this up much more so I will make the selection for Toronto:
With the first pick in the Rule-V Draft, the Toronto Blue Jays claim Tyler Mann, 1B, formerly of Los Angeles angels.
considering a player needs to spend the season on the active roster and there is a need for 1B help, it makes sense.
Kansas City is up...

I thought we were going to do a second round of exports to finalize the Rule 5. What happened there?

Kansas City passes, and I have a list from Chicago.
Houston, Milwaukee and Cleveland are the next three teams that are not accounted for. Once I get the go ahead, Houston will be on the clock.
