2012 PARAMOUNT BASEBALL HONORSCommissioners AwardThis award has been given in years past to members of the league who been a member since the leagues creation and helped every step of the way. Seattle and Colorado are past winners and their contributions have not gone unnoticed. This year, the Padres, a new manager is being awarded as he jumped into the league with both feet and has played a great role in the progression of the league and always helping others out with technical issues, etc. Like every other year, I could of gave this award to so many different members but I think Kenny deserved the recognition for jumping in so deep from the get go.

Sadly, I think this is the only hardware the Padres will take home for the forseeable future.
When my last league capsized out of the blue, I found the PBL on the OOTP forums and noticed Rob (Giants) was part of the league. Having had a good experience with him from the TPBL, decided to go for the opening. Unfortunately, that opening was with the Padres. It's the biggest rebuilding project I've ever embarked on, but the participation in the league really makes it worthwhile to stick around.
As for my own efforts around the league, I figure that anything worth doing is worth doing well. That goes double for the PBL. Thanks to all the great GMs out there.
Thanks again guys!
