Based on the discussion so far I believe these are the best options.
Option 1: 14 days sims all through the off season. Approximately 9 sims.
Option 2: Set FA to begin 12/21. 1 sim to Arbitration, 1 sim to FA, 7 day sims through January, 14 day sims through February. Approximately 9 sims.
Option 3: Set FA to begin 12/14. 1 sim to Arbitration, 1 sim to FA, 14 day sims through off season. Approximately 7 sims.
Let me know if additional detail or clarity is needed. Please get your vote in by end of day Wednesday. We'll be moving on this Thursday night.
No proxy votes will be used in this poll.

For reference, what are we doing now? Ad Hoc/my whim. I exaggerate a little but that is kind of true. Nothing formal. We've been doing something along the general lines of 1 sim to arbitration and FA start. 1 week sims through December. 2 week sims through January/February.

For what it's worth, not sure you actually need to edit the start of FA (manual work)? If you get to arb, nobody can bid until you stop on your date (12/21), which would move through the defauly FA date.
No bids. No players get offers.
But editing the date is the smallest of manual labour too.
