Calling All League Historians This week in my messages I saw BNN Stats: Single Season records and discovered the PBL rbi record is 171 in 2030 by KC Royals Julius Turner. Looking at Turner's record he won the triple crown & MVP in 2030 at the age of 26. He then followed that up with a 2nd MVP award in 2031. Then at the age of 28 in 2032 he hits .323 with 25 homers and 111 rbis and then it says he retired? Can someone who was around then tell the story of what happened? Did he really just retire? Was there a career ending injury? A lifetime drug ban? I would really love to know more about Julius Turner.

Only Tim could properly explain the devastation of that injury, but yes a career ender in the middle of a tremendous career.
