Going to sneak in one last minute poll. Disabled list time is currently 14 days. With OOTP's upswing of day to day injuries, a shorter DL time may give active GMs a little more flexibility in roster management.
There are 3 choices here, 7, 10 or 14 day DL.
This is a change vote so it requires 75% to pass. Votes for 7 + votes for 10 will be included in the "Pass" tally.
Proxy votes will go to a 7 day DL.

I think anything = or < a sim length can run into problems I agree for waiver or DFA length. Is there an issue with disabled list? Worse case the guy can still be injured by eligible to come off the DL?

I'm voting to keep it the same. It's part of the game deciding if you should put someone on the DL and lose them for a period of time or play short for a few games and get them right back in the lineup.
Personally I prefer the old 21 day period. Made for some tough decisions.

It doesn't really matter the time the league selects, because when a player gets injured if they do not play the remainder of the sim then the dl start time is based on when the player stopped playing.
The question becomes, should teams have more flexibility with dl length or not.
From a players standpoint, shorter do times allow more players to get called up which means teams spend more.
The 10 day DL allows MLB teams to manipulate this more than in the past.

Players will go to DFA if they are sent to a rehab assignment to the minors and run out of rehab time. But a healthy player can sit on the disabled list indefinitely. It is a possible exploit that I try to keep an eye on.

If we change to a short DL time you can put that guy on the dl and pull him right back off next sim. There are timing scenarios currently where you have to decide if it is worth putting a guy on DL for 2 sims even though he'll be healthy enough to play after 1.

I voted for 10 days. We do that in the other league I'm in and it works well. Ron is correct that the increase in DTD injuries changes the thought process here. I agree with Mac that it is fun for the DL to be a tougher decision based on it being a longer commitment, HOWEVER... if this were real baseball I could take him off the DL the minute he's healthy, but in the OOTP world of 7-day sims, I am forced at times to leave a healthy player on the DL simply because I can't interrupt a 7-day sim to make the logical choice. And so the bad of that situation outweighs the good for me that Mac cites in his post.
For this reason--- the 10 day DL is a very effective compromise and I voted accordingly.
