My laptop has been having issues lately and I am planning to replace it soon.I would love to hear opinions on a good laptop that is easy to travel with and handles OOTP best.
Also has anyone had any experience playing OOTP on a Surface Pro?

The MacBook is a tempting option. I'm a PC/Android guy and am a little afraid to change over to Apple, although the size would make it easy to pack along side my work laptop when I travel. My biggest concern other than price is the 13" display. Does it support the 3 row view of the Manager's Office and Roster/Transaction screen?

And still don’t like some of the button use on the Mac but you get used to it. As far as playing the game it is awesome and then some of the download issues and settings file stuff that happens during the new versions, the transition could not be any easier. I know Texas can attest to the simplicity. Also the sheer size to weight ratio is the BEST of any laptop I have ever come across. Very easy to travel with. I’ve enjoyed basically every aspect of what the Mac offers don’t think I would ever go back to the PC

My Mac just died after a few years of wear and tear. Had to find a replacement (that's why I been missing) and being a Mac guy for so long I was tempted to go the other way and try a PC. Cost was something I considered because I didn't want to drop another $2500 on a 15" MacBook Pro because I don't do the design work I used to do, I simply play OOTP when I get free time and I use it for basic work (internet and Office).
I looked at a few PCs but the ones I really liked was the same price as the 13" MacBook Pro. I was torn going down to a smaller screen but the lady at the Mac store suggested I try it (you got 14 days to use it and return it no questions asked if you don't like it) and she recommended I buy a monitor and connect via USB. She even said go to Best Buy because the ones they sell are too expensive.
So, I went with the 13" MacBook Pro for $1,200 and then I went to Best Buy and I bought a wireless mouse ($20), the Apple Magic Keyboard ($140) and a 27" HP monitor ($150) and the adaptor, I bought a multi port adaptor to connect keyboard or phone when it needs a charge, the HDMI and a USB slot ($40). I absolutely LOVE IT!!
It works perfect t work for what I need and I got the big screen but when I bring it home or on the road its small, compact and light. Great got laying in bed and watching Netflix too when the kids steal the TV.
