I apologize for the timing here. Work is crazy right now. My team has been on mandatory overtime for the last several weeks trying to complete a project before a looming June 29 deadline.
I know there are several GMs that are having technical issues and are not currently able to download the league file in 19. Unfortunately I am a little overwhelmed right now and am not able to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
Some general items. I was able to copy my Settings folder from my OOTP 18 saved game and paste it in OOTP 19. At least for PC that may resolve some issues. The Settings file can also be downloaded from http://paramountbaseball.net. Also firewall settings may need to be adjusted. People might have allowed special firewall access to 18 and need to do the same for 19. One other thought. It might be easier for some of you to just download the league file and settings file and set up your league brand new instead of trying to convert from 18.
I am completely a PC guy so I will struggle to provide support for the Mac. However I know we have some seasoned Mac users in the league that have successfully converted.
I would encourage anyone having difficulty to post publicly in the Forums or in Slack. My sincere thanks to the league members that have been offering technical support. I hope you are able to continue to do so.
Believe me, I am as anxious as anyone to get some Free Agent action and to speed through the off season and get to opening day. But I will consider cancelling Friday's sim if we still have GMs experiencing technical difficulties with the conversion.

I have been researching and troubleshooting the Reports upload crash for the last hour or so. Have not been able to get it working. I see posts from several other people having the same issue since converting to 19 but no one has posted a solution yet. I have an email out to Fidel for support. Hopefully that will bear fruit....

Response from Fidel.
"Yes. This is a known issue. It has to do with the scripts not matching the version of PHP on the server. Andreas Rhat over at OOTP Dev is working on it now. I expect an answer sometime late this weekend. If you can hang on for a bit, I'm sure we'll get a solution real soon. :-)"

I am still seeing 6 teams that have not exported since the conversion.
White Sox
Tigers
Angels
Yankees
Rangers
Blue Jays
I know the Yankees, Angels and Tigers have all reported technical issues. I think it is best to cancel tonight's sim and give everyone the weekend to get issues worked out.
Sunday night will be on like donkey kong.

I understand your thought process but I also think it's kind of shitty for people to not communicate either. Some of those teams were ones that weren't exporting in 18 either.

If we are still making use of the "export tracker", it appears AZ is a little behind too.
ALSO: Not to avoid the forum, but if anyone is struggling, real-time SLACK might be a good option for help? Just post a message and someone will assist I am sure.
