Currently PBL has a rule in place that maximum ticket prices are $40. A case has been made that this is unfair to teams with smaller stadiums. This vote is to remove the cap and allow teams to charge whatever their markets will allow. The poll closes December 17. This is a change to an existing rule so 24 Yes votes are required for to pass.

i voted no as. I'd MUCH rather have the opportunity to increase the size of the small stadiums.

I voted yes. The game can be penal if you over-charge your adoring public. I belong to the school of though that suggests, "If you make your bed, you have to lie in it."

Also, if we're honest here, you can "make" as much money during a season as you want. It's still highly unlikely your owner lets you keep much of it. Though it could lead to some small market teams expanding the budgets their owners are willing to give, and I don't have any problem with that.

We usually get to keep 6-7 mil of it but it effects our next years budget if the owner doesn’t make a good profit.

Proposal passes. Verbiage regarding the maximum ticket price of $40 has been removed from the league governance.
