1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
We improved our starting rotation by adding Joe Thompson via trade and Al Sackett in free agency. Both are at least as good as the best SPs on Cleveland's 2069 roster. The goal is to play over .500 ball. The last time that happened was 2065 so it's been a while. I'll be happy if we can close the gap on Detroit and Minnesota and stay one step ahead of the White Sox.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
We're a young team. Cleveland's guaranteed payroll for 2071 is a shade over $17M. That's good, but those losing years are testing fan interest, hurting season ticket revenue and putting pressure on our annual budget. Our fan loyalty has always been high. If we put a better product on the field I'm sure our fans will be back in a big way.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why? Cleveland was 12th in the AL in HRs last year, a whopping 88 dingers behind the Angels. For some reason Cleveland's home run hitters didn't hit home runs. This year's roster has more power top to bottom and that should work in our favor. At least that's what they taught me in GM school.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite? After Tony Locke gets a little more seasoning in AAA we will unleash him on PBL. Tony will instantly become the best player on the team. He's already my favorite player. I LUUUUUV Tony because he will make me a brilliant GM. His jersey sales will be through the roof. For $500 I can get you one before they're available in the PBL Shop. No need to wait! I'll even sign it!
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact? Cleveland was sold to Ron Maxwell in the offseason so it's hard to say what impact our owner's goals have. They didn't seem to matter to Mr. Phillips. Personally, I would be happier without them. They're one more distraction I don't need.
6. What is your 2061 PBL World Series prediction?
Some people think I'm clueless but I've got this one. Rays sweep the Diamondbacks 4-0. 2071 is almost as easy. I'll take Cincinnati until someone proves they can beat the Big Red Machine. I'll say the Rockies get nominated to try.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have? We signed a couple of veterans as a gamble to make a run: Fuji and Andrade. Our goal is to win a division for the first time since 2031 but will be happy to make the playoffs for the first time since 2054.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan? We have a tight budget but ultimately we have a lot of young talent we plan to keep. The spend this year was for the purpose of making a run. We either succeed or fail. Either way we tried our best.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why? Our hope is to increase our OBP which will ultimately boost our offense that was one of the bottom half ranked last year.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite? The best player is Blake Stewart and is one of the favorites. It is hard to choose between Lane, Moraine, and Stewart.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact? Yes its always interesting to work with owner goals. It is a helpful reminder on what I need to work on. I'm not sure what impact it makes but they are fun.
6. What is your 2061 PBL World Series prediction? Tigers vs. Giants with Giants taking it.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
We were able to bring in some depth to our bullpen, which should help solidify an already strong aspect of our team. RP Mike DeBenham, RP Marvin Wright, and SP Todd Corbett depart while RP Todd MacVail, RP Barry O'Farrell, and Randolph Waddington were brought in. On paper, the new combo looks like an upgrade, but we'll see how the season shakes out.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
OOTP 24 continues to be a challenge for the Reds on that front. Obviously you can't keep everyone, so players like Fujii and Gonzales were casualties there but I believe we're in a good spot with their replacements. Obviously both players had successful tenures in Cincinnati, but age was starting to catch up. Fujii (.251/.307/.501) and Gonzales (.219/.321/.486) roles on the team will be fulfilled a few players (OF Tse, 3B Brown, SS Madrigal) at a much lower expense.
Hopefully our budget will start to stabilize to whatever the new norm will be moving forward.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
Despite losing Fujii and Gonzales, I think our team is better than last year. I'm fully expecting our win total to be the one thing that fluctuates the most from last year. To start, our win total was -10 for expected vs actual. I don't believe the production I'll need to replace was as substantial as the stars of the players lost might initially look. I'll need to replace 5.2 WAR, and I'm confident that the combo of replacement players will cover that amount or more.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
The best player on my team is a hot debate between SP Roy Bailey and DH Ruben Reyes. I really like both of them, but when it comes to a favorite it's tough, and I have it narrowed down to two players. 2B Zack Davis and 1B Javier Gomez have won 4 championships together and have been a dominant combo in the NL for a long time. The Reds and Davis' time together might be coming to a close, with rumors swirling this might be Davis' last season for the Reds.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
I really wish owners weren't a thing in this league. Owners have an even larger impact on budgets in OOTP 24 than in previous versions, which is one of the many issues with the financials in this game. When it comes to owner goals, I don't believe they have any significant impact on a team. I think they either need to tie additional funding, fan interest, etc toward meeting them or get rid of them completely.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
The Reds will try to become the first team in PBL history to WIN three World Series in a row. We'll go with Detroit, and Reds in 6. I like the rotation the Tigers have assembled and the young players on the roster filling the void of some veterans lost.
If the Reds can pull it off, I can tie former Commissioner Derek Bobola with 6 PBL championships.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
It's been a pretty quiet off-season in Toronto. The biggest move was extending SP Matt Conl following his breakout 2069 campaign to a 4 year, $52.4m extension that kicks in next season. The deal locks in Conl through his age 31 season and gives us a top of rotation starter at a reasonable cost. We also extended SP Halejwin Cleaver to a 4 year, $11.6M extension. Cleaver is much less exciting than Conl, but has been a durable, serviceable starter over the course of his career. We expect him to fill a spot towards the back of the rotation, and getting that locked in for less than $3m/year makes sense for us financially. In the current offseason, we had $11m to spend, and had three priorities: add a middle IF, improve the bullpen and add a corner OF who can hit lefties. The results at this point are not exciting, but with our budget, that's to be expected. 2B Paul Robertson was signed on a minor league deal and is hoping to make the roster. Robertson has struggled the last two seasons, but if he can rebound to his 2066-67 form, he could compete with Jesus Gonzalez for at bats at 2B to help offset the loss of Ken Potter. In the bullpen, we added RP Jose Hernandez to a 2 year, $4.8m contract with a player option. Hernandez is a big injury risk, but has electric stuff and will upgrade the pen when healthy. It's a bit of a dice roll, but the price point is reasonable and won't cripple the team if/when he gets injured. We have not found a match on the corner OF front, but are comfortable moving forward with Luis Roman and his plus defense. That said, we'll have our eyes on free agency and the waiver wire as we move closer to the season. The wire has treated us well since I took over Toronto ( 3B Stan Encell, 1B Mels Isabekian, RP Edgar Martinez and the aforementioned Roman all being examples of players who have put up 1+ WAR seasons after being claimed), and will continue to be part of our roster building strategy given our financial constraints. 2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
It all depends on perspective. On one hand, our budget increased by 8.8% from 2069 to 2070. That's great, except the jump was only from $90m to $98m, so we are still on a shoestring budget, especially compared to our division rivals (budgets for Boston, Baltimore and New York are $192m, $208m and $250m, respectively). Payroll is up to $36m this season (compared to $27m in 2069), but is still just 31st in the league. Although payroll is up slightly, we have maintained our outsized development budget in 2070 to hopefully nurture our top rated farm system, which we consider paramount (pun intended) to our sustained success in the league. Top prospect SP Tyrone Bryant is slated to start the year at AAA, with the team hoping for a 2071 PBL debut. Other top 100 prospects in the system include 2B Leonardo Diaz, LF Anibel Rivera, SP Keith Nelson, SP James Dyer and SP Alfonso Mendez. These players, along with young PBL players like LF Mike Gonzalez, SP/RP Lou Markakis, SP Hector Bautista and DH John Alcorn give us a core we can compete with over the next few seasons. In addition to our development budget, additional dollars have been allocated to signing our draft picks. We have gone over slot in recent years on Bryant, Diaz, and Dyer, and thus far, those decisions have paid dividends. The best chance of getting a superstar in Toronto is to draft them, so we will continue to budget in a way that allows us to draft the best available talent early in the draft, regardless of bonus demand. My hope is that winning can beget budget increases in future years, although we have no illusions off being anything other than a small market team any time soon. One wild card is that our cheapskate owner is 79 years old. I'm not convinced a new owner will make a huge difference in our financial situation, but I would be shocked if it would be any worse. As our young players gain experience and get more expensive, hard decisions will need to be made about who stays and goes, even if we see additional budget increases. 3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
Unfortunately, it's probably in wins and losses. We overachieved last year, staying in the playoff chase until mid-September and finishing with a winning record. I believe this team has the talent to finish above .500 again, but last year things broke our way, and the OOTP gods have a ensuring one's luck regresses to the mean. As far as statistics go, I think we have a chance to see some meaningful improvements in our pitching staff. After getting 50 saves as a rookie, Lou Markakis will open the season in the rotation while SP Ken Burris is on the mend. The lack of a strong 3rd pitch is why Markakis started in the pen, and if the audition doesn't go well, he'll end up back there. In the bullpen, the signing of Hernandez and the return of trade deadline addition RP Masaharu Kodo gives us two high strikeout guys that will help in late innings. That, combined with no Rule V guys to hide (a departure from my first three seasons) should help our bullpen numbers overall. 4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
A year ago, this would an open question with an unclear and uninspiring answer. Today, I think the best player is one of three guys: Matt Conl, Stan Encell and LF Mike Gonzalez, who just missed winning a batting title in his first year of regular duty while winning a Gold Glove. Most exciting is that these three all have five years of team control remaining. Things are on the upswing in Toronto. As far as favorite player goes, I think I need to go with Encell. When I picked him up on waivers, I thought he might become a serviceable 3B (low average, some pop with good defense). I never expected to get a 5.7 WAR season out of him with 50 homers (even with our home park factors in play). Seeing guys like him surprise when finally given an opportunity is why I still love playing this game (especially online) 22 years after I first picked it up. 5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?I can go either way on them, honestly. I like the concept, but sometimes my owner is just a dingus that's completely out of touch with reality, and it kind of ruins it for me. Even since I've joined the league, Mr. Cheapskate has remained consistent about two goals: get 49,000 a night into Rogers Centre and to acquire an MVP. If he wants either of those things, he needs to pony up a bit or just shut his trap. If he gives me an Oakland/Tampa budget, and gets a winning season that has the Blue Jays at #13 in attendance, I should be applauded, not reprimanded. But I digress... 6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
We'll go with Reds-Tigers again, with the Reds coming out on top. Although I hope the Jays compete for a playoff berth this year, it's more likely 1-2 years away. Good luck to everyone this season!

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have? Added some serviceable veterans - Bogdan Pavelko, Keith Edgar and Dave Moser to fill some holes. I think the lineup will be more balanced than last season but did not address the bullpen issues that really hurt Yanks last season.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan? For the first time in a while the Yankees don't have that much cash to blow. Poor performance and some long deals have effected the budget and has tightened my wallet. Need a solid draft (the #1 pick may be a god-send) to build up a farm system that is in really bad shape.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why? Stolen Bases. Newcomers Keith Edgar, Bogdan Pavelko and David Welch have good speed. I am going to give them the green light and see if we can make something happen on the basepaths.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite? Guillermo Rodriguez (the outfielder) is a solid 5 war player. I signed him when he was 16 and have just extended him until he is 35, so yes he's my guy!
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact? I hate the owner goals. They rarely make sense and often don't register correctly when you achieve them. Maybe my least favorite element of OOTP. I just ignore them.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction? I hate to make the easy pick but how do you pick against the Cincinnati Reds? So I will go Reds over Angels rematch.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have? This answer, looking ahead, also relates to the next question. In Montreal, it's all about the dollars. This off-season, I resisted the "splurge urge" (and even the word splurge is a bit of a leap). By holding the line on spending, and hoping the developing talent take another step forward, maybe, just maybe, we can see a triple digit budget in Montreal next season (and hopefully well into the future)?
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?Like I said, held the line on spending this off-season. I am all-in with the developing talent on this team! Since you asked, I really, really, really, wish the media budgets could be revisited. In PBL the lowest $20M (oddly mine) is 18% of the highest (not naming the team, just citing the number) $110M. Not suggesting money be taken from anyone, just narrowing the ratio between highest/lowest. The national portion can be applied equally to all teams (actually think it is right now in PBL); the local causes the gap because of "contracts" based on the largely artificial "market" setting, a left-over from the original MLB creation of the league. If both numbers could be altered so that a smaller local budget number has less impact on the overall, I think it benefits the league (yes, my team potentially the most, but effectively everyone below the top number). Happy to debate what that ratio should be, and given the number is largely artificial, I will toss 50% on the table?
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?My owner is seeking a much better starting pitching ERA this season. Hopefully I can deliver that? Personally, speaking of finances, I would love the team budget for next season stay in the triple digits (where it is projected as of Opening Day).
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?SP Dave Lundy is the best I have, one of the few that has maintained his 5-star potential, when so many others always seem to bell curve on me. Hard to save he is my favourite as it's a love/hate relationship, given his many visits to the trainer's table annually. He is fragile. I try to pay attention to that to keep him on the field. Curiously, the last line from my scout is "He has the stamina to be a true workhorse!" I am beginning to question my scout's judgment. So that would leave me still hoping my favourite, 3B Pedro Bautista, still maximizes his potential.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact? Some work has been done to owner goals in OOTP. Unfortunately it's not functioning as intended. I like the idea of now being able to "discuss" one or more, to in effect customize your owner relationship and, should you attain the goal of your choice, positively impact your relationship. A misconception is that the owner is no longer involved in the game "if" the owner goals are turned off (a setting). Not true, the owner can still impact your budget both positively and negatively. Hopefully OOTP25 will make the discussions function as intended, adding another dynamic to the game and making the owner goals a more positive and engaging experience? 6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction? The Montreal Expos... will again... by an overwhelming margin... despite all the intentions... not even get a sniff of the World Series!

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
Free agent signing Andres Jaramillo should give the rotation a much needed boost. Giving up a first round pick for him is always a tough pill to swallow but I think it was the right move. Henry Knight was another FA addition. He should bolster the bullpen. Combine those arms with the return of Millard Valdez who missed the second half of the 2069 season and there are many reasons to be optimistic about the Cardinals pitching staff.
The only other major move was extending Zg (can I buy a vowel?) Odhiambo. His days in the outfield are done but still provides enough offense to contribute as DH.
Cards just don't have enough fire power, funds, and honestly, GM skill to take on the Reds for the division and probably won't in the near future. We hope we have done enough to keep a hold of the wild card spot that has been ours the past two seasons. I am seeing a few teams that look to be making moves to get up in that playoff bubble area so there could be some fierce competition for the 2 NL wild card spots.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
The budget keeps on climbing in St. Louis. We have increased to $160M from being at $95M in 2067. That is a 59% increase in 4 seasons. At the moment we are counting on that trend continuing and spending every dollar we are allowed. The majority of the committed payroll is still pretty short term though so it will not take much to pivot if the roofs falls in. The farm is pretty barren and sacrificing the first round pick for Jaramillo won't be helping that. For the next few years most of the spending will be going directly to the Active Roster.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
Really expecting (hoping?) for a drop in team ERA. Why? Added Jaramillo and Knight via FA. Valdez returning from injuring. Some surprising yet welcome late development of Kenny Jacobs. Ramon Encarnacion still not showing his age. Mid season 2069 trades for Miranda and Stady helps the bullpen.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
Emiliano Girometta. Yes and yes! EG signed on as a random IFA scouting find with the Marlins when I was GM there in 2057. I don't think I have done better than a 2.5 star potential find since then. He developed to be even more than expected and in 2068 we paid a bank to bring him over to the Cardinals. The last two seasons he has been the highest WAR producer on the Cardinals and the top rated OSA short stop in the league. Yeah, I'm kind of a fan boy.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
I think they'd be alright for the immersion aspect except they just seem to be random. Roll the die and see which one you get. I don't think they have any impact. Well, at least I am certain they do not have nearly as much impact as revenue anyway. As a result I completely ignore them. They have zero impact on any decisions I make.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
#AnyoneButTheRedsAndTigers! I'm going with Giants over Orioles in 5.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
Our most significant move was to keep investing in our development budget. By doing that the past two years, we've moved our farm system from 24th to 3rd in the PBL, and we now have the #1 prospect in the league, 20 yr old CF Fai Zhen. We also gave SP Tokutomo Nakayama a five year, $65 million extension after exploring trade possibilities at the end of last season. That limited our budget for free agents, but I'm very pleased with the two we signed, CF Neal Martin and 2B Dan Heller, who will improve our 'up the middle ' defense and give us a bit more pop at the plate.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
We're in pretty good shape financially, after working off a few heavy contracts the past few seasons. Not anticipating any big extensions this season, so we should be OK for the next few years.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
I think we should see a slightly improved defense with the additions of Martin and Heller. My biggest concern is that our pitching stats could take a dive. 35 year old Ron Coleman, our ace (2nd in AL ERA last year) is out already with elbow inflammation with an uncertain return. If he's out for any significant length of time this season, any chances of a playoff run are doomed. With him in the rotation, we have 3 solid starters; without him, we'll be scrambling to fill the gap with some younger pitchers and journeymen.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
Ron Coleman and 1B Tamramaro Maeda. Maeda has hit his prime and has become the cornerstone of our offense. He is my favorite (for now).
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
I'm OK with our owner; he's a little whiny but generally keeps us somewhat competitive financially. His goals are not unreasonable. I'd like to see owner influence lowered or eliminated though - seems to be much too random.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
I'm picking the Nats to upset the Reds in the NL, and the Twins to edge the Tigers in the AL, with the Nats winning the Series 4-2.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have? After years of saying I'll fix the bullpen and failing to do so, I actually did patch it up this year by signing Peter Smith, Ivan Hernandez, and Luis Lopez. Relievers are fickle, but hopefully two of those three pan out and can hold a playoff lead.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
Pretty good. I might not have as much money to throw into IAFA as I have in past years, but if I have a superpower in this game it's staying out of financial trouble. We have a lot coming off the books next year too.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
Bullpen ERA should go down as mentioned. I suspect I'll take a step back on most offensive stats since my lineup is on the wrong side of the aging curve, and I'm not sure if my upcoming OF prospects can replace Varquez and Cervantes as they near retirement.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
Dan Gallaghe has four of the last five NL Cy Young awards, so safe to say he's the best right now. Cervantes had a case for MVP last year, but he's probably to old to stay at that level. Jose Varquez would have to be my favorite though given his long history of kicking ass. By WAR he's the most valuable PBL infielder ever.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
I'm fine with goals. They add some sort of accountability to the owner that isn't otherwise there since you can't get fired. That said, I only accomplish them when they're convenient and I've never had any problems with my owner. It helps that I've only had one owner to deal with since I took over after the 2038 season (I think ownership changed the sim I became GM), and he's cool with running the team at cost like all good billionaire owners should.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
Let's go Giants over Tigers in 7.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
Budgets allowed very little movement and it was more about the players we weren't able to keep (Rule V sensation Ken Brown who notched 44 Home runs from nowhere) and our closer Hoong. We did manage to bring back 2B Xavier Martinez on a one year $1.8m deal which is a snip when you consider he has put up 5.7 WAR and 66 home runs over the past 2 seasons.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
Oh dear. We have far too much money tied up in stars (Sato, Dorsett and Phillips) so it's definitely win now mode but at some stage soon this team will implode and we'll tear it down. Though I said that last year in the media day and we somehow managed to make the World Series so lets see.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
Chicks dug our long balls last season but that will probably decline with the loss of Brown and general ageing from the vets. Wayne Dorsett had a torrid postseason and has continued that in preseason notching 13 dingers. If we can keep him on the field he has a shot at 60. Other than that I think our wins will regress to around the 83-84 level with our better than anticipated starting rotation all remaining the same.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
I say it every year but Kenzaburo Sato continues to remain my favourite. He is however regressing (though 3.8 WAR last season is still quite god for a decline) and we've taken the decision to move him out of CF and into LF and he may also sit against more lefties. Wayne Dorsett when he plays is our best player now though.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
Like others I largely ignore them except to the extent that they impact upon the year on year budget. They don't really seem to work as they should and whist the ability to negotiate is a step in the right direction some of the ones set are a bit daft ("sign a local player" - why??).
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
In the NL I like the Giants and Nats but to be honest I still can't see past the Reds. In the AL I think the Rockies will surprise the Tigers. Overall Reds to make it 3 in a row. Boring choice I know - sorry.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
Being able to resign Ralph Irwin and bring in Ed Parker to be the everyday 3B. They are going to be part of leading us to the promised land this year.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
We were given an extra 12 million during free agents which allowed us to be players this time. We are still looking pretty good financially.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
Pitching. It improved last season. I expect it to continue barring injuries.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
I like owner goals. For me, I believe they have being a bad team for decades. The winning teams would be able to answer better from there end.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
I believe this will be Cincinnati's last hurrah. They beat Detroit. Next season will be a different story "wink, wink"

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
Luis Martinez opted out of his contract and was pretty much a must resign as he is a Captain and the most popular player on the team. Up against the budget limit, so unfortunately we could not bring place Dave Baker. This is likely longtime 3B Pete Powell's last year with the team. The only real move was to sign 2B Jesus Venegas as part of our yearly rotating 2B position.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
Looks like we have plateaued right smack in the middle of the budget range in PBL. About three years into my tenure, the Market Size dropped thanks to the string off bad seasons before I took over, so it looks like we are stuck in this zone for the time being.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
It is basically the same cast of characters coming back, so we hope that not much changes. Hoping our catchers OPS+ over 50.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
Luis Martinez has been a mainstay, but Dong-Po Ziong hit 34 HR's in his first full season and we hope he continues to improve this year.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
I was fine with them until we hit OOTP24, there are just a lot of things that are a bit off with the release. Getting a financial goal is just brutal.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
I keep picking the Giants, hopefully this is their year. SF over TEX in 6

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have? The roster cupboard is pretty bare, so an attempt was made to upgrade the positions as best we could, and this was done mostly via free agency acquisitions in the following positions: SP Forrest Smith - Minor contract SP Angel Rios - Minor contract SP Chae-seong Yi - Active roster CF Iwao Sato - Active roster LF Wook-Jin Ki - Active roster and added SS Salvador Reyes - 4th round pick to Miami 2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan? Our credits were cashed in which provided funds to increase our player development budget for the first time in years. The extra cash enabled us to target free agents with either well known or popular ratings, which in turn raised our fan interest from 78 to 90. More fans in the stands = mor game revenue hopefully. 3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why? The challenge this season will be to improve on our 75-87 record of last season. 4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite? Our best player is C Pablo Amador 5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact? This year the owner has asked that we achieve a winning record, and long range is to get back into a playoff position by 2071.

1. What are the most significant off season moves you were were able to accomplish and what impact do you hope they have?
Picked up a couple Vet C. The position has killed us for years and really hoping to get anything from the pair.
2. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
Looking good. Rebuilding and holding steady thankfully.
3. What team statistic, rating or aspect do you expect to fluctuate the most from 2069 to 2070? Why?
New park should help with our lack of power. So expecting more HRs for sure.
4. Who is the best player on your team? Is he also your favorite?
Potentially it’s 1B/DH King 👑. Jury still out on if he’ll be the savior or not.
5. What is your take on owner goals? Do you enjoy them? Do you think they have an impact?
Barely pay attention. It’s a waste imo.
6. What is your 2070 PBL World Series prediction?
Cincy & Det. Cincy in 6.
