This has been an insanely fast 1st round, Sam would be so proud, I'm certain.
I'm gonna go on record and declare that 3b Anthony Racine will be the star of this draft. I'm about drafting hitters.

Sorry fellas, got tied up working on some behind scenes stuff on my end and forgot to pick. I'll have it ASAP....
Great first round and its shows the commitment of the veterans in the league mixed with the enthusiasm of the new guys and its going to make for a great run in the PBL coming up again...

Awesome first round everyone. Not a single time out auto pick! Lets keep this ball rolling and see if we can avoid having to have a sim pace slow down to complete the draft.

Semantics.
We don't care the college, we were just being nice. We care about the production, he could be from some cave in the middle east for all I care.

In high school, i used to rock the ULL hat. It had the the chilli pepper on fire on the back of it.
All because they made it to the CWS in 2000, I became a fan.

You wouldn't know this because it only happened once for you WAYYYYYYYYY back in your second season but when you win games in this league then your draft choices become much more limited because you pick at the end of the draft not the beginning. That being said, Antony Racine is one of my favorite players in this draft so I think you made a hell of a pick taking him but when I am picking 32nd, I'll gladly take a guy who has similar potential and better ability in some areas Racine vs- Robinson in potential * both 7 contact * Racine 8 gap power, Robinson 7 Racine got the power 7 to 2 Racine better eye 6 to 4 Anderson better avoiding K's 8 to 7 Anderson better sac bunting 6 to 3 Anderson better speed 8 to 3 Anderson better stealing bases 7 to 3 Anderson better base running instincts 7 to 1 Now, in no way do I think Anderson is better than Racine but I do think for 27 picks after you, the Red Sox identified a player who has the potential to be really good and think its far fetched to say he isn't good.

well, i had a long, and somewhat witty response typed up. and the mouse acted on it's own and exited out. The short winded version goes something like this, I'm just busting your balls.

Nothing I could of said could be more deflating than that happening. That happened to me quite a few times and just kicks my ass. Pisses me off to no end. Lets just chalk this up as a quick synopsis of your PBL career. SO close to winning (this time an argument) but just falling short.... I know u were busting balls btw, so am i...

Gee Anthony I wonder why you weren't wearing your Mets hat with pride? Instead of picking a random college from an area you're nowhere near from because of a...chili pepper right, ok got it. Hey since we're busting balls! The Mets suck!

And before you tell me that in 2000 the Mets were actually a good team, a World Series type of team, I would like to remind you....the Mets, they suck.

I wore hats everyday back then, so I wore Mets hats too. I was the only Mets fans with EVERYONE being Yankees fans.
