Now that Milwaukee has signed OF Gallegos, will I receive their 2nd round pick (their 1st rounder is protected), which is first in the second round or a comp-pick after the second round is done? He refused my offer for arbitration, so I should be entitled to a comp pick. But I think I am confusing how this used to work with the new CBA in play, so anyone that can help clarify this I appreciate it.

Milwaukee loses their 2nd, and the pick should move up in between the 1st and 2nd round.

It no longer matters who signs him, as you don't get their pick anyway. You will get a supplemental first round pick (between round 1 and 2), and they will lose their first unprotected pick. The two picks (one lost, one gained) are unrelated to each other now.
