It's the best league around! Everybody here could dominate in any online league.

Quick question: Does the website paramountbaseball.net exist? I am getting an error when trying to load it. From what I gather from this thread: paramountbaseball.proboards.com/thread/5960/final-instructions-on-file , I feel like I need to make an account on some site to be able to access the league. I've been in contact with the commish, but I'm assuming he's busy working right now so I wonder if anybody here could help me out.

Welcome to the league, Luc! BC and Alberta are beautiful. I have vacationed to western Canada twice. Once hiking in the Kootenay National Park and staying in the Columbia River valley area south of the park. Once in the Cranbrook-Banff area and in Calgary. Now that I live in Portland, my wife and I are looking forward to visiting the Vancouver area. It's just a short train ride away from Portland. This is a fun league, as you probably have guessed. Good luck! ... as long as you finish lower than the Giants in the NL West. It's good to have a full compliment of active GM's in our division. Have a good off-season!

I've heard great things about Portland. It's definitely on my list of places to visit once I graduate/have money. Besides the fact that it's pouring rain here right now, Vancouver is a great place to visit. There's lots of skiing and boarding to do if you come in the winter or early spring, and there is plenty to do in the summer as well. If you do come in the summer, make sure to take in a Vancouver Canadians game (Short A affiliate of the Jays). I don't think you'll have to worry much about me overtaking the Giants this coming year... , but hey, anything could happen right!? Edit: Also, thanks once again everybody for the welcome!
