1. In a word describe last season. Why that word?
Frustrating. We don’t have the quality of players to make any headway in the standings over the course of a season, and usually end up high enough in the standings to not get a good draft spot.
2. What was the off season plan? How did it go? The goal was to increase the fan interest and the season started off well in that are but dropped slightly as the number of losses increased.
3. What would your team's most cynical and optimistic fans say about the upcoming season? The cynical fans would say “Here we go again” and the optimistic ones would say “Well, this might just be the year that we can sneak into the playoffs.”
4. What are your odds for winning your division? If you don't, what team is most likely to? The odds are a definite zero, so I’ll put my money on the Giants.
5. How are your finances looking? What's the plan? Finances are fine and the plan is to increase attendance.
6. Which player in your organization has the best chance of eventually being voted into the Hall of Fame? Not much to pick from in the cupboard, but Tanner Reed might have a nice career once he is developed.
7. What is your 2071 World Series prediction? Nationals over the Twins

1. In a word describe last season. Why that word?
asymptote
2. What was the off season plan? How did it go?
Try to keep money free to sign the impending set of young players approaching years 4-6. We did sign SP Jesus Segal to an extension. The massively declining Pete Powell was brought back 1 more year to keep the fans happy.
3. What would your team's most cynical and optimistic fans say about the upcoming season?
Optimistic: We can win the WS Pessimistic: We will never win the WS
4. What are your odds for winning your division? If you don't, what team is most likely to?
I would say it is 50/50 between us and the Twins.
5. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
Detroit has managed to go from 30th to 10th in budget over the course of my tenure. Powell will come off the books next year, which should hopefully allow us to sign one or two players to long term deals.
6. Which player in your organization has the best chance of eventually being voted into the Hall of Fame?
Probably Luis Martinez. Although Dave Baker, only 1 year removed from his long term stay should go in.
7. What is your 2071 World Series prediction?
Pitt over HOU in 6

1. In a word describe last season. Why that word?
Unfulfilled. Second most wins in team history and a divisional round bounce by the Twins leaves the team looking to make it right this year
2. What was the off season plan? How did it go?
Acquire a few players that will help get Texas over the top. Didn't go exactly according to plan but the offseason is just one of many transaction windows
3. What would your team's most cynical and optimistic fans say about the upcoming season?
Cynical -- running it back with one less starting pitcher from last season. Optimistic -- Bob Childers and Ben Williamson are back and Toby Bannatyne could help put the bullpen in better standing
4. What are your odds for winning your division? If you don't, what team is most likely to?
Strong, but it's a tough division. Houston and Tampa could both compete but Houston is more likely to take the division
5. How are your finances looking? What's the plan?
Looking fine. Plenty of room to maneuver. Learning how to manage finances was the key to Texas' management becoming solid.
6. Which player in your organization has the best chance of eventually being voted into the Hall of Fame?
Not really a strong candidate right now. Noburo Oike could develop into one but he's a long way away. Francisco Martinez and Arturo Guerrero are Hall of Very Good style pitchers. Michael Gutierrez looks to be the same among the bats. Maybe AJ Klein? He's a great reliever.
7. What is your 2071 World Series prediction?
Texas defeats Washington
