1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for? Some big changes in the Twin Cities. Fan Loyalty was rewarded with some significant spending to improve the squad. Fan favorite Raúl Rodríguez was extended for 5 years. Another fan favorite, Ramón Encarnación, was signed in free agency to pair with Cy Young winner Jake Meacha. The lineup got a boost with yet another fan favorite. Enrique Castillo was added via trade and will be playing first base, sending veteran Ramón Crus to play third base in what will probably be his last season in Minnesota. Lastly, a major focus of the offseason was to improve our defense. Kelvin White, and Rule V pick up Rafael Lorenzo were brought in to improve SS and allow All Star Jamal Cervantes to move back to his natural position at second. A playoff appearance is the expectation this season.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him? 23 year old Ignacio Chávez will be our starting centerfielder after a short stint in AAA to start the season. He was obtained in a trade last year with the Cubs. 23 year old Weldon Bryant will likely be part of the starting rotation this year. He was the 421 pick in the 2061 draft.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
4. Who is the best player on your active roster? Overall: Jamal Cervantes Offensive: Raúl Rodríguez Pitcher: Jake Meacha
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open? I think we could make a run.. I have a 4 year window
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be? Pace of offseason is a little slow in my opinion. As for game play, I think showing ratings beyond 10 would improve player quality transparency
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction? Cincinnati Reds

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for? After years of mediocrity, Atlanta is ready to get back into contention. We have addressed our biggest issue in a big way in 2066, adding two top line pitchers in Ismael Garcia (from division rival Washington) and Mike Kelly from Colorado. Atlanta saw a jump in offensive production in 2065 thanks to production from players like Bill Cervantes and Vince Gielens, as well as an All Star Year from Pedro Hernandez. Offensive production jumped even more with the callup of Robert Marin who begins 2066 as our starting CF.
We've also struggled with our defense in years past, and Atlanta is thrilled to announce the addition of Gonzalo Crespo who will hold down the center of the infield as one of the best fielding SSs in the PBL.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him? 3rd overall pick in 2064, Robert Marin, probably doesn't count as a prospet at this point as he made his debut with a dazzling .312 average and .795 OPS. A full 162 game season will show us just how high he can fly.
5th overall pick in 2065, Ray Boyer, will be starting SS in Single A, however don't be surprised if he's knocking on the door for a big league debut in 2066.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
4. Who is the best player on your active roster? Offensive: Pedro Hernandez Pitching: Mike Kelly
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open? We expect to NL South Division in 2066. We are the only team in the division that has added WAR in 2066, and we've added the most WAR of all NL teams in 2066. How deep we make in the playoffs is one thing, but most importantly this will be the year we break a long playoff drought if all goes right for this season.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be? None
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction? After losing out on multiple star SPs to the Boston Red Sox, hard to believe they don't have enough to get there in 2066.
NL is a total toss up but I could see Pittsburgh making another jump.
BOSOX over Pirates.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
Most of the salary on the books has expired leaving the organization open to invest heavily in player development and international scouting. Along with that some veteran talent was lost but honestly the young guys stepping in can easily backfill the lost WAR. It was not much. I am not expecting any impact on the major league squads win totals. It will be another rough year. But I feel pretty good about the level of investment into the future of the team.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
No question #3 OSA CF Spec Steve Rivera. I was frankly stunned he dropped to me at the #5 overall pick in the 2065 draft. At 22 years old he'll start the season out in AA with a projected major league debut sometime in 2067 or 2068.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why? As commish I'll throw a shout out to the Waiver/DFA screen. I'd love for it to be habitual for each GM to glance at that each sim. As a GM I am a big fan of the new Minors Overview. It has really made doing releases out of the minor leagues much easier.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
Probably 2B Ken Potter. He has been solid. Phil Gladue is the "staff ace" in as much as this staff can have an ace.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
No. I think Cardinals have at least 4 seasons ahead of them before they can reasonably be in the mix.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
I would like to do a lot more with the Paramounts Credit program but it is pretty well established that I am in the minority on that so I have accepted and moved on.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction? Rangers repeat over the Reds in a extra inning game 7.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
Some would be content with what we rolled out with last year, but there were a few areas that we felt like could address this offseason. RP Gregg Douglas was brought in to provide some depth in the bullpen, but he does have three "G"'s in his first name. I mean really Gregg? I don't see Bob spelling it Bobb.
Our offense has been successful utilizing platoon splits over the years, but the acquisition of OF/1B Hidetsuji Fujii provides some stability in our lineup everyday. Fujii has been a player that our organization has been targeting for a few seasons, but got out of our price range during free agency. Speaking of platoons, OF Carlos Mota was brought in for depth in the OF and starts against LHP. Both players will make it challenging for teams hoping to get a break from some of the lefty stars in the Reds lineup.
SP Armando Ferreira was added late in the offseason on a one year deal and is currently recovering from a partially torn UCL. Ferreira will get time at AAA once he has recovered from his injury, and will join the rotation at some point this season.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
We love offense in Cincinnati, but SP Rick Vinson is the prospect we're most excited about this upcoming season. A former 12th round pick showed promise as a potential reliever when first drafted, but was quickly moved to a SP early in his career. Vinson is currently recovering from a ruptured UCL and will be starting the season at AAA. We expect Vinson to make his PBL debut this season.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
I enjoy playing with the player development screen to keep an eye on my next wave of prospects that will be at the PBL level. I also like toggling between showing prospects only and entire organization when trying to decide between two players that are arguably close for roster spots. I find it especially helpful at this time of the year.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
The 2065 MVP, Greg McIntosh. Really hoping he can reach the 30/30 mark in HR/SB this season. Being able to throw him out as the leadoff man is pretty fun too.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
Anything less than a World Series appearance will be a disappointment at this point. Our window is wide open and we're hoping to keep the rest of the division's windows slammed shut for the foreseeable future.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
I would like the option to use relative ratings reexamined. I believe it is useful when determining if a prospect is ready to be move up a level. A few real life years ago we tried it, but people didn't like the "changes" to existing player ratings.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
Reds over the Tigers in 6.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for? When I came to Cleveland we had nearly $100M tied up in SPs. They were good but their contracts limited what we could do elsewhere. This year our team payroll is $82M and we're still putting enough butts in seats to support a nice budget. We've got some good guys coming up who will want to get paid and, we'll be in a position to make them happy. We might even pick up a FA or two.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him? RF Phil Bastien, a round 3 pick in 2062, will start for us on opening day. He's solid defensively, has some pop in his bat, and he can also play 3B. He's the first arrival in Cleveland's youth movement. We'll also be watching AAA SP Jeremy Dalton, noted elsewhere as "the first pitcher taken in the 2065 draft." Jeremy is already the biggest stick in our system but we're going to be patient and let his pitching develop. I apologize to the AAA pitchers who will face him, but I have to do what's best for the team.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?What everyone else said. 4. Who is the best player on your active roster? 2B Dan Heller has averaged 4 WAR as a full-time MLB player. I don't see anyone on the roster passing him this season.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open? Here on the shores of Lake Erie the only windows we have are double-pane. We are slowly closing the gap on Detroit. This is no reflection on Detroit. It's hard to get better when you're perfect. The problem is Minnesota has probably widened the gap between us. Give us a year or two and Cleveland could get wildcard consideration. We'll worry about how deep the rabbit hole goes after that.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be? No brainer. I'd have Ron quit his day job and chain him make him Commissioner For Life.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction? It's tough to pick against Milwaukee because that team can reach the show with AAA players, but this is Detroit's year to beat Cincinnati.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for? We are rebuilding. We had a few good years but ultimately that was as far as we were going to go with this team.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him? Jesse Lane looks to be the real deal. Just not ready yet. Got him in the draft.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why? The Schedule....I get to see the sim results which is always the best to go through the box scores.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster? Andrade....He's getting old but just slowed down a little.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open? I think we are ready to compete in 2 years.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be? Randomness of development.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction? New York/Los Angeles with Los Angeles winning.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
This was a fairly disappointing offseason for the Royals. Had a very limited FA budget. We needed to add a good corner OFer but couldn't land one. Also needed to upgrade at C, but there was very little to be had. Finally added a few veteran sluggers to hopefully boost our run output. But, we're essentially the same team as we were last season.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
3B Nick Reed, who we took with the 2nd overall pick in last year's draft. Should fill a big need at 3B for us. Could possibly make it to the big league later this season; more likely next year though.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
SP Tokutomi Nakayama
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
We barely missed a wild card spot last season; not sure we'll be that close this season. I think we're still a couple of years away from contending.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
Getting the Royals out of the damn AL Southern Division
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
Going with the BoSox over the Reds.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
A $70M budget cut. My owner expects a World Series win. I'm not bitter.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
Dan Thompson probably - draft.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
The Development Screen showing top prospects. It's wildly inaccurate, but it makes me feel like my roster has hope.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
Probably Mike Vega.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
Nope! I'd expect 3-5 years at best (assuming the NL isn't as ridiculously low-entry for the wild card again).
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
Get rid of owners. Less because it's a good idea, and more because I want to see my Owner disappear in a Thanos snap.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
Cincinnati vs Houston, with Cincinnati winning it all.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
It wasn't a pretty offseason as we had little room for manoeuvere financially speaking. We lost Kirk Gilbert to Free Agency and whilst he is still available (we slapped a QO on him) we're not in a position to bid for him. We picked up a couple of cheap Free Agents to fill some holes at 2B and in the bullpen but overall we're not as good a team as we were last season (which in turn was a comedown from the prior season). Overall it's likely that our window of opportunity has gone for now.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
Part of our problem is that our prospect cupboard is relatively bear. Only knuckleballer Bubba Watson is in the top 100 prospects and he's coming off UCL surgery. He was a first round draft pick from 2 seasons ago - I've always fancied seeing how a knuckleballer prospect may work out.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
The schedule page with the box scores and the player development pages.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
CF and future Hall of Famer Kenzaburo Sato. Has already won 3 MVP's and I wouldn't count out more.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
Not this season unless something remarkable happens with our starting pitching. We could potentially consider a major teardown this season and have some major talent, including Sato, Luna and Dorsett who could fetch a major prospect haul.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
More interest in the minor leagues and prospects - they seem to be forgotten about and receive little attention or commentary in the forum.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
Detroit over the Reds in 6.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
Not that much, no $$$ to really do anything. Tried to add some OF corner offense, but not sure how they will work out. Team should be pretty solid otherwise.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
Honestly none. Have a bunch of decent players coming up but nothing to write home about seeing that Sixto Burgos has flamed out
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
Waiver wire. On a small budget you need to always be on the look-out for deals. 1/3 of my team is made up of Rule 5 and waiver wire claims I think.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
Probably Jim “Don’t Call Me Oz” Andres. 8 errors in 1291 total chances….that’s just nuts.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
Only the shadow knows
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
Getting rid of owners. There needs to be an option to turn the off.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
Let’s go crazy…. Toronto vs Cubs with Toronto taking it in 6 games.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
While it wasn't the complete overhaul that was threatened, we did say goodbye to Gerald Callahan, Clyde Walmsley, and Ismael Garcia. The idea is that we can replace that production from within and with cheap FAs. It's probably not realistic to fully replace those three, but we won the division by 20 games last year, so there's some room for error.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
SP Charlie Linttell is the one I have the most hope for this year. He was acquired in a trade with the D-Backs a few years ago, and brings a strong four pitch arsenal that should soften the blow of Garcia's departure. SP Billy Kemper and SS Rusty Tucker are my other two top 50 prospects acquired via the draft that should make in impact in the next year or two.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
I don't really have favorites, but the prospect pipeline screen is useful when analyzing other organizations for trade targets.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
3B Jose Varquez is a 2X MVP, surefire hall-of-famer, and posted a 7.7 WAR last year, so let's go with him.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
There are no deep playoff runs or opening and closing windows in Washington. We will make it to the NLDS. No more, no less. It is as inevitable as the sunrise.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
Eliminate the divisional series. But seriously, the PBL is pretty well set up. Maybe change the wild card round to a 1-2 format instead of 1-1-1 so teams can't throw their ace twice?
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
Reds over Tigers in 6.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
I traded away Hidetsugu Fuji. When I signed him to that contract, I though he would be the piece to put us at the door to the playoffs. We knocked and the playoffs didn't answer. We still have a long way to go, but some financial stability now.
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
C Roberto Torres. We signed him as an international free agent. He's already made great progress since signing. He may get a shot at rookie ball this season.
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
I really like the Manager's Office. If you have it set up to your liking and have a bigger computer screen, so much info can be put there.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
1B Pedro Rivera and 2b Ralph Irwin. Pedro has hit so well for this team and Ralph has been the most consistent. improving every year at the plate and in the field.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open? No playoffs for us. Don't even have a window at this point.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
I second Sean's comments about relative ratings.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
With the addition of Fuji...The Reds will be tough to beat. Reds over Tigers in 5.

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for?
Literally almost zero changes, we are out of money. We do have funds next season, just have to get past this year. Goal to try to win the division and hopefully make a run in the playoffs
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him?
Not much TCR and not much trading has the farm a bit thin. Tomas Gonzales is still considered a prospect (#1 2063) will open the season in the rotation
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why?
Player development report, read every entry every sim.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster?
Gonzales could be really good, Lambert should be out best pitcher. Ed Stout had an out of body experience last season, hoping he gets close to that again.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open?
That is goal, starting to get a bit long in the tooth however.
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be?
I like feeder leagues over generated classes.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction?
I feel a out of the blue series coming up this season, SF over Oak

1. What changes has your organization undergone since last season. What impacts do you expect or hope for? Made only a minor upgrade adding Ricardo Ramallo to my staff. Hoping that my young players getting another year of experience will get me into the playoffs
2. What spec are you most excited about? How did you obtain him? Gordon Roberge has top of rotation potential. I was fortunate to move up in the draft lottery and grab him with the #2 pick overall
3. What are your favorite OOTP screens? Why? Certainly not the standings! I like the way I have my manager's office setup makes it easy for me to check what I need to know.
4. Who is the best player on your active roster? Luis Hernandez is the best player but Guillermo Rodriguez should surpass him in the very near future.
5. Do you expect to make a deep playoff run this season? If not, when are you projecting your next window could open? I am on the fringe and hope to make it this season
6. If there was a single change you could make to PBL what would it be? Go from 100% accuracy to each team having scouts. Think it make things more interesting and would lead to many more trades being made.
7. And the traditional final question, what is your 2066 World Series prediction? Boston defeats Cincinnati in 5
