Derek gave me the go ahead to run the draft lottery. I am going to run it tomorrow night from a free site, DraftLotto.com . Anyone who would like an email either post your email here or send it to me in a PM. The email will contain the results as well as a link to the site where you can verify the settings that were used. I would like to have at least a couple of people receive the email to vouch for it's authenticity on the off chance the Brewers land the number 1 pick. Odds for the first pick are: Nationals 25% Astros 21% Twins 16% Braves 11% Cardinals 8% Expos 6% Angels 5% Brewers 4% Mariners 3% Cubs 1%

Shoot me an email (derek.bobola@gmail.com) so I can have results on file too.

That site does look pretty nice Ron. I may have to use it going forward.
I came across the other one and liked it because you could "reveal" a pick. Which worked pretty well while recording it.

Yeah, I looked at your site also. It is slick. Both have the functionality needed. I went with DraftLotto just for the email functionality. The automated email is less hassle than recording and posting a video.

Well I was going to wait until tonight to give anyone that wanted the email time to respond. But Anthony is getting impatient so... Here we go. Submitting now.

This is actually the situation I was afraid of. The guy running the random drawing gets the first pick looks awful.
I encourage people to get familiar with and test out the site. You should be able to confirm that I could not have pre determined the results on the run that would matter. I did do several test runs on the site. But there was only 1 run that was emailed out to 3 other people. I could not have known what the result was going to be before executing the single official run.

People can believe whatever they want but I think we need to give Ron the benefit of the doubt here. This is what happens in a "lottery". There are winners and losers but I did notice on that site there was the check box option to "screw the Braves"...
